College Football Rankings: Week 13

We are getting to the end of the college football season (most teams will know their post-season fate after next weekend) and this is when things get really intense in the world of college football. With the first-ever College Football Playoff right around the corner, teams can't afford to slip up right now. With that said, let's take a look at my top 25 for this week, followed up with my playoff picks and my Heisman favorites. A good time is had by all.....
