Since the draft is just days away, it's time to take a quick look at every single NFL team's "head guys". These are the guys that pretty much run the day-to-day operations of what you see out on the field when the NFL season is in full charge. Does your team suck? You should probably blame these guys. Is your team a winner? Send these guys a "thank you" letter right away. Either way, it's time to get to know who's in charge of your favorite NFL team next season as the draft approaches.
