It's one of the most exciting nerve-wracking days in the NFL for head coaches and their offensive coordinators. It's "Black Monday" and it's officially here. It's the Monday after the regular season has wrapped up and it's the time when NFL owners and their right-hand men have decided who hasn't done a good enough job and needs to be sent packing.
